Job summary

CSL is seeking a donor center associate to greet donors and guide them through the screening procedures at the plasma collection center. You will verify eligibility, perform health screens, collect data, and support the donation process in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include completing self‑administered health history checks, answering questions, recording donor information accurately, and coordinating with medical staff as needed while upholding safety and confidentiality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and manage screening procedures per SOP.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Provide safety awareness and monitor donor well-being during/after donation.
