Job summary

CSL plasma center is seeking a team member to greet donors, conduct screening procedures, and guide applicants through registration. After training, you may educate donors on therapeutic products derived from plasma and center policies.

Responsibilities include data entry, answering donor questions, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment. Ideal candidates have a High school diploma, at least 3 months in clerical or customer service roles, and the ability to perform basic math.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months experience in clerical or customer service.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma center and guiding them through registration and screening.
• Assist donors with self-administered health history questions and basic medical inquiries.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, and finger-stick hematocrit sampling.
• Explain the donation process and center policies to donors after training.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow HSE and OSHA policies.
