Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Front Desk/Donor Screening Associate to greet donors, conduct eligibility screening, and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis at a CSL Plasma center. The role reports to the Assistant Center Manager and requires adherence to SOPs, accurate data entry, and strong customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting donors through health history screening, health checks, and phlebotomy-related tasks, with training provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ months experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process following SOPs, including health history review and basic health screening procedures
• Educate donors on screening process, health tests, appointment system, center policies and nutrition as trained
• Register donors and transfer donors as needed after training
• Answer phone calls or route to appropriate staff
• Monitor donor reactions during/after pheresis and alert staff
• Ensure accurate donor data entry in electronic management system
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available
