Zusammenfassung

CSL is seeking a Donor Center Associate at our plasma donation center. You will greet donors, guide them through screening, perform basic health checks, and maintain accurate donor records.

The role includes education on the donation process and proper nutrition, with potential cross-training in other center functions. The position requires a high school diploma and at least 3 months in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Aufgaben

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including health history and basic questions.
• Perform health screening measurements (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick for hematocrit/total protein.
• Educate donors on the donation process, center policies, proper nutrition, and any other information pertinent to the donor.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor reactions and notify staff as needed; maintain donor data in the electronic information management system.
• Maintain safety and clean work environment; follow OSHA/HSE policies and restock supplies.
