CSL is seeking a front-line donor center associate responsible for greeting donors, guiding them through registration and the screening process, and supporting overall donor flow at the plasma collection center.

The role requires attention to health history, basic math, and handling confidential donor information while maintaining a safe and courteous environment for all donors and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilités

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in screening procedures per SOPs, including health history and basic health questions, refer to medical staff when needed, perform health screening procedures.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic management system and ensure confidentiality of donor information.
• Answer phone inquiries or transfer calls to appropriate staff; educate new donors on center policies and appointment systems as trained.
• Monitor donors for reactions during and after pheresis and alert staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure sufficient supplies and forms are available; follow HSE and OSHA policies.
