Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead and oversee the DFARS/FAR compliance program across procurement, sourcing, and supplier management. This role emphasizes maintaining the Purchasing System and MMAS, implementing policies, training staff, and coordinating audits.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years’ DoD-facing experience, CPSR familiarity, and strong collaboration skills, with travel as needed. >

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DoD contracting supply chain, procurement, or compliance.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements.
• Experience with CPSR or contracting purchasing system reviews.
• Ability to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, maintenance, and monitoring of supply chain-related business systems (Purchasing System and MMAS).
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS regulations as they relate to subcontracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Draft and implement supply chain compliance policies, processes, and tools.
• Support material cost/pricing inputs for proposals and ensure consistency with Estimating System requirements and FAR/DFARS data.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
• Serve as primary compliance interface with internal stakeholders and external customers on compliance matters.
• Develop, review, and coordinate training modules related to supply chain and purchasing system compliance.
• Generate reports by consolidating purchasing compliance data to support leadership decisions.
• Maintain supply chain compliance files and audit trails per regulations.
• Lead audits of Purchasing System and related processes; coordinate CAP closure.
• Monitor ongoing compliance activities including CPSR readiness and supplier audits.
• Translate regulatory changes into actionable policy updates.
• Participate in projects focused on supply chain and procurement compliance.
• Mentor junior staff on regulatory requirements.
• Identify ways to improve purchasing capabilities and alignment with company strategy.
• Special projects as assigned.
