Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems seeks a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager based in Bridgeton, MO with the option for remote work. You will lead compliance across purchasing, TO, and MMAS, ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS and CPSR requirements while supporting proposals and cost data.

The role collaborates with leadership to implement policies, train staff, and monitor supplier compliance, with emphasis on audit readiness and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance in DoD contractor environments.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates and Estimating System compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, maintenance, and monitoring of purchasing system and MMAS to ensure policy adherence.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS as they relate to subcontracting and supplier management.
• Develop and implement supply chain compliance policies, processes, and controls.
• Support cost/pricing data for customer proposals and ensure estimation system compliance.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and Supply Chain.
