Job summary

Serco is seeking a SME Software Engineer to support the AFLCMC/WAG program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee architecture for CI/CD pipelines, evaluate designs with respect to DoD requirements, and ensure rigorous software configuration control.

The role requires a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and experience in DevSecOps and MBSE frameworks, with occasional CONUS travel and a strong background in DoD software engineering.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with SCI access and SAP eligibility.
• Master's degree in an engineering discipline with extensive DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee software engineering architecture for CI/CD in DoD programs.
• Assess interfaces among software, firmware, and hardware.
• Translate operational requirements into system requirements using MBSE.
• Audit DoD contractors for software configuration and quality accreditation.
• Interface with contractors and Government representatives on software activities.
