Serco Inc. in the United States invites applications for a SME Software Engineer supporting AFLCMC/WAG at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on CI/CD, DevSecOps, and MBSE to advance DoD software programs.

Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI with SCI eligibility and have extensive DoD software experience. Responsibilities include overseeing software architecture, technical evaluations of contractor proposals, and interface with vendors and Government representatives to ensure system

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and recent background check.
• Master's Degree in an Engineering discipline with 20+ years of DoD-related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee software engineering architecture of CI/CD pipelines for DoD programs.
• Assess interfaces among software, firmware, and hardware.
• Translate requirements into system documents using MBSE.
• Analyze software performance and recommend corrective action.
• Interface with contractors and Government representatives on software activities.
• Review test plans and participate in system and component testing.
