Job summary

Serco invites qualified candidates for a Program Manager SME role supporting the AFLCMC/WAG portfolio at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires active TS/SCI eligibility, DoD acquisition expertise, and leadership across multiple programs. Travel up to 10% CONUS may be required.

A Master’s degree plus extensive DoD experience is preferred. The successful candidate will develop schedules, manage risk, coordinate with government and contractors, and prepare high-quality program documentation

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 25 years of DoD/government experience.
• Master’s Degree in MBA, management, or STEM with 20 years DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP/SCI experience in last 5 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Deputy to the Branch Materiel Leader for AFLCMC/WAG Portfolio.
• Advise program leadership on strategic planning for capability development and demonstrations.
• Apply program management expertise to acquisition program challenges and advise teams.
• Develop and maintain master schedule for Branch WAG programs and PPBS events.
• Lead the Branch risk management program with process, frequency, and mitigation.
• Develop branch processes and standardize acquisition documentation.
• Coordinate interactions with program office, warfighter commands, AFRL and prime contractors.
• Support executive-level program reviews, inspections and major milestone events.
• Interpret USAF/AFLCMC strategies and tailor to program needs.
• Develop high quality acquisition program documentation.
