Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced sales professional for direct DoD accounts. This expatriate role is located in Japan for a minimum of three years, requiring relocation and global collaboration.

You will build strong customer relationships, articulate strategic account plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across our portfolio, while traveling up to 75% as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of sales or military/public safety experience.
• OR 8+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience.
• Technical background to include RF communications and First Responder software platforms preferred.
• Experience selling to DoD or Federal agencies is required.
• Excellent communication, sales, and writing skills; proven track record of closing major sales.
• US citizen with ability to obtain security clearance; self-motivated problem solver.

Responsabilidades

• Direct sales of communications systems to US DoD accounts in the Eastern US region.
• Identify diverse customer needs and map our portfolio to satisfy them.
• Build strong relationships and understand Motorola Solutions' business model.
• Act as trusted adviser to customers and partners using vision and tools available.
• Develop account strategies and lead cross-functional teams to meet key opportunities.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to meet account needs.
