Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced sales professional for an expatriate role based in Japan. The position involves relocating for a minimum of 3 years and managing direct sales to U.S. DoD accounts in the Eastern region.

You will identify customer needs, align our portfolio, and become a trusted adviser to customers and partners while leading cross-functional teams to win key opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in sales, public safety or military.
• Strong communication, writing, and closing skills.
• Technical background in RF, CAD/RMS/E911 or related fields preferred.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Direct sales of communications systems to US DoD accounts in Eastern US.
• Identify customer needs and align Motorola solutions portfolio.
• Build relationships and become trusted adviser to customer/partners.
