Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Federal Sales Executive for an expat assignment in Japan. This role focuses on direct sales to U.S. DoD accounts in the Eastern US region, requiring relocation for a minimum of 3 years.

You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions across Motorola's portfolio. Travel 50-75% and strong security clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent communication, sales and writing skills required.
• Technical background in RF and public safety software is a plus.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales to U.S. DoD accounts in the Eastern US region.
• Identify customer needs and map Motorola portfolio to those needs.
• Build relationships and coordinate internal resources across teams.
• Lead account strategies and drive go-to-market plans with partners.
