Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a seasoned sales professional for an expatriate role in Japan with a minimum 3-year relocation. You will lead direct sales to U.S. DoD accounts and align customer needs with our portfolio.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships, advising customers, coordinating internal teams, and driving strategic account plans in a highly collaborative, security-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience.
• Or 8+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience.
• A technical background to include RF communications, First Responder software application platforms (CAD, RMS, E911, Video) strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales of communications systems to U.S. Federal Government DoD accounts in Eastern US region.
• Identifies diverse customer needs and understand how our product portfolio can be applied to satisfy these needs.
• Build strong relationships and customer knowledge by understanding the Motorola Solutions business model.
• Using the vision, strategy, and tools available, become a trusted adviser to the customer and partners.
• Develop and articulate account strategies for all Motorola solutions with internal teams.
