Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a seasoned Federal Government capture leader to identify and shape opportunities, engage with DoD program offices, and drive strategic win strategies. The role requires extensive DoD contracting experience and proven ability to manage multi-year capture campaigns.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop comprehensive capture plans, and coordinate with executive leadership to position the company for major defense program opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related discipline required.
• 15+ years of Federal Government contracting, defense acquisition, or strategic capture experience.
• Experience leading large, complex DoD captures and interacting with government customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic capture opportunities from identification to proposal submission.
• Develop and execute capture plans with customer engagement, teaming, pricing, and win strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across BD, Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Pricing and Finance.
• Prepare executive gate reviews and provide actionable intelligence for growth decisions.
• Ensure alignment of capture actions with government requirements and funding forecasts.
