Job summary

KIHOMAC seeks a Senior Government Capture Leader to drive identification, qualification, and pursuit of major DoD opportunities. You will shape strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate with program offices and industry partners to position KIHOMAC for success.

Responsibilities include developing capture plans, engaging executive stakeholders, managing risk, and ensuring winning proposals, with a focus on long-term growth and competitive differentiation across DoD programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in Federal Government contracting, defense acquisition, strategic capture management, or business development.
• Proven success leading large, complex, competitive Federal Government captures (>$100M).
• Strong understanding of DoD budgeting, acquisition processes, and contract vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across BD, Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Pricing, Finance, and Proposal Management.
• Develop and execute multi-year capture strategies for major DoD programs.
• Prepare and lead executive gate reviews and Go/No-Go decisions.
