KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a Senior Capture Leader to drive high-value Federal Government opportunities from identification through award. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, shape requirements, and craft differentiated win strategies for DoD programs.

The role requires 15+ years in defense contracting, deep knowledge of DoD budgeting, and experience guiding capture campaigns valued at $100M+. You will engage program offices, manage executive reviews, and mentor teams to translate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or Government Acquisition.
Formal capture or proposal management training preferred (e.g., Shipley).
15+ years of relevant federal government contracting or business development experience.
Experience leading large, complex DoD captures valued at $100M+.
Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, IDIQ/GWAC, OTAs, and source-selection processes.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex Federal Government capture opportunities from ID to award.
Develop and execute capture plans, teaming, pricing, and win strategy.
Engage with Government customers to shape requirements and opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across BD, engineering, contracts, and pricing.
Provide executive-level gate reviews and decision-ready assessments.
