You will develop capture plans, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with contracts, pricing, and proposal management to shape opportunities and win large contracts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant federal government contracting and defense acquisition experience.
• Proven success leading large, complex federal captures (>$100M preferred).
• Deep knowledge of DoD budgeting processes (PPBE, POM, FYDP) and acquisition methods.
• Ability to influence requirements, strategies, and procurement planning prior to solicitation.
• Experience engaging government customers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value federal government capture opportunities from identification to award.
• Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans covering engagement, strategy, pricing, and win themes.
• Set capture objectives, milestones, and resource requirements; monitor progress.
• Lead multi-year campaigns for major defense programs and strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Pricing, and Proposal Management across capture activities.
• Prepare executive gate reviews and present requirements analysis, budgets, and strategies.
• Ensure seamless transition from capture to proposal management and execution.
