Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced sales professional for an expat role in Japan, representing our DoD-focused portfolio to U.S. Federal accounts. The position requires relocating for a minimum of 3 years and frequently engaging with military and public safety customers.

You will build strong customer relationships, lead an extended Motorola team, and coordinate resources to close major deals while meeting travel and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in sales, customer success, public safety or military.
• Ability to obtain security clearance; US citizen.
• Experience selling to DoD or Federal agencies.
• Strong written and oral communication, proposal skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct sales of communications systems to US DoD accounts in Eastern US.
• Develop account strategies and align Motorola solutions portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partners to fulfill client needs.
• Travel 50-75% within territory.
