Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced expat sales professional for a role located in Japan. This position requires relocation for a minimum of 3 years and focuses on direct sales of mission-critical communications to U.S. DoD accounts in the Eastern US region.

You will identify customer needs, articulate portfolio solutions, and build trusted relationships while coordinating internal teams to capture top opportunities. Travel 50-75% is expected and a U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience; OR 8+ years.
• RF communications and First Responder software (CAD, RMS, E911, Video) background desired.
• Experience selling to DoD or federal agencies preferred.
• Excellent communication, writing, and closing skills required.

Responsabilités

• Direct sales to U.S. DoD accounts in Eastern US region.
