Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced sales professional for an expatriate role located in Japan. The position requires relocation for a minimum of 3 years and involves direct sales to U.S. DoD accounts in an Eastern US region.

The candidate will identify customer needs, build strong relationships, and coordinate Motorola teams to deliver tailored solutions. Travel will be 50–75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in sales, customer success, public safety or military experience.
• 8+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience.
• Strong communication, sales and writing skills are required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales of communications systems to U.S. Federal Government DoD accounts in Eastern US region.
• Identify diverse customer needs and map to Motorola solutions portfolio.
• Build relationships and become a trusted adviser to customers and partners.
• Lead the extended Motorola team to understand account strategy and top opportunities.
• Allocate resources and coordinate internal and external teams to meet key accounts.
