Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced sales professional for an expatriate assignment in Japan supporting U.S. Federal DoD accounts from the Eastern U.S. region. The role requires relocation for at least 3 years.

The candidate will sell complex communications systems, build executive relationships, and coordinate across Motorola teams to deliver tailored solutions while traveling 50–75% and meeting security clearance requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience.
• 8+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience.
• Technical background including RF communications and First Responder software platforms (CAD, RMS, E911, Video) strongly desired.
• Experience selling to or working for DoD/Federal Law Enforcement agencies.
• Excellent communication, sales and writing skills are required.
• Proven track record of closing major sales.
• Understanding of proposal process and proposal assembly preferred.
• Knowledge of IP networking, Information Assurance or Cyber Security a plus.
• Self-motivated problem solver.

Responsabilidades

• Direct sales of communications systems to U.S. DoD accounts in Eastern US region.
• Identifies diverse customer needs and how our portfolio satisfies them.
• Build relationships and customer knowledge by understanding Motorola's business model.
• Become a trusted adviser to the customer and partners.
• Develop and articulate account-specific strategies for Motorola solutions.
• Develop strong customer relationships across multiple levels and functions.
• Lead extended Motorola team to align with account strategy and opportunities.
• Allocate resources and obtain collaboration to meet key accounts.
• Travel: 50% - 75% within territory.
