Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced s ales professional for an expatriate assignment in Japan. The role requires relocation for a minimum of 3 years and focuses on direct sales to U.S. Federal DoD accounts in the Eastern US region.

You will develop account strategies, build strong relationships across levels, and coordinate internal teams to meet key opportunities. This position demands U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience.
• OR 8+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience.
• A technical background to include RF communications, First Responder software platforms (CAD, RMS, E911, Video) strongly desired.
• Prior DoD/Federal law enforcement sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales of communications systems to U.S. DoD accounts in Eastern US region.
• Identify customer needs and map Motorola portfolio to those needs.
• Build trusted adviser relationships with customers and partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align resources with account strategy.
• Articulate account-specific strategies across Motorola solutions.
