Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced senior sales professional for a demanding expat assignment in Japan, with relocation required for a minimum of 3 years. You will directly sell communications systems to U.S.

DoD accounts in the Eastern US, shape account strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to win major opportunities. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in relevant sales or 8+ years in related fields, with a technical background in RF and public safety software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience.
• RF communications and First Responder software platforms (CAD, RMS, E911, Video) strongly desired.
• Experience selling to DoD or Federal agencies; excellent communication, sales and writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct sales of communications systems to U.S. Federal Government DoD accounts in Eastern US region.
• Identify diverse customer needs and map them to Motorola Solutions portfolio.
• Build relationships and become a trusted adviser to customers and partners.
