Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD in Wheeling, WV is seeking a Senior Document Production Associate to deliver word processing and document production services for clients. This is a full-time, weekday role with hours M-F 10am-7pm, requiring strong MS Office skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Document production/word processing experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong typing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform document production work according to established policies and procedures.
• Assess job requests and determine the correct process to produce documents.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or complete document requests to client satisfaction.
• Operate equipment/ software and hardware to perform duties.
• Coordinate document production services within the team.
• Troubleshoot software or hardware problems.
• Use logs/tracking software for all assigned work.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, delivering work.
• Communicate with peers, supervisor or client on deadlines.
• Support continuous service improvement and client relationships.
• Handle confidential documents.
• Perform quality assurance on others' work.
• Train junior staff.
• Assist peer teams with proofreading, design or other tasks.
• Interact with clients on site, by phone or electronically.
• Adhere to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policies.
• Use equipment and supplies cost-efficiently.
