Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year document production experience, strong MS Office skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year document production experience preferred in a legal, banking, or corporate setting.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and typing accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize logs/tracking software for document production work.
• Assess job requests and ensure tasks are completed.
• Edit, proof, convert, create or transcribe documents to client specifications.
• Communicate with team, supervisor or client about deadlines.
• Foster proactive service and quality assurance.
• Adhere to company and client policies and safeguard confidential information.
