Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD is seeking aSenior Document Production Associate to provide word processing and document production services for clients. You will edit, proofread, convert and create documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications.

The role supports scheduling with Wednesday–Friday evenings and weekend shifts, requiring strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and excellent communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in legal, banking, or large corporate environments.
• Document production and word processing experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform document production work according to policies and procedures.
• Assess requests, identify the correct process, and ensure completion.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or finalize documents to client satisfaction.
• Operate equipment/tech and assist with workflow coordination within the team.
• Meet deadlines and communicate with peers, supervisor or client about status.
