Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 7–10 years of Document Control experience on design, construction or similar projects
• Experience implementing document management systems for large/mega programs
• Experience with EDMS and document control processes
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Influence the project narrative to support vision and initiatives.
• Implement and manage document management systems for large programs.
• Set up and manage document management from inception to closeout.
• Monitor and manage the Electronic Document Management System(s).
• Develop and administer the Document Management Plan and Procedures.
• Provide training on Document Management Requirements and EDMS use.
• Ensure compliance with QA and contractual requirements.
• Produce progress reports and support timely processing of documentation.
