Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Document Control Manager to join our Project Controls team. This role supports multiple Texas/Louisiana/Arkansas locations and leads the Document Control function across design and construction phases.

The candidate will implement EDMS, manage document workflows, and train teams on procedures. Strong MS Office and SharePoint experience, plus leadership skills, are required to ensure QA and contractual compliance throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of Document Control experience on design/construction projects.
• Experience implementing document management systems for large programs.
• Advanced MS Office skills including SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Influence project vision by defining document control needs.
• Set up and manage EDMS for large programs from inception to closeout.
• Monitor and administer EDMS platforms (SharePoint, Procore, etc.).
• Develop and administer the Document Management Plan and procedures.
• Produce progress reports on document control activities.
