Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Document Control Manager to join our Project Controls team. This role can be based in any Texas/Louisiana/Arkansas WSP US location. You will lead the Document Control program across design and construction, ensuring compliant EDMS processes.

Responsibilities include implementing document management systems, training staff, developing the Document Management Plan, and producing progress reports. Strong MS Office and SharePoint experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Influence the project narrative and support the project vision.
• Implement and manage document management systems for large mega programs in design/construction.
• Set up and manage document management systems from inception through closeout.
• Monitor and manage Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Develop and administer the Document Management Plan and Procedures.
• Provide training on Document Management Requirements and EDMS use.
• Coordinate with Project Information Management Systems Team for access and security.
• Produce progress reports as required.
