Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Document Control Manager to join our Project Controls team. This role can be based out of any Texas/Louisiana/Arkansas WSP US location.

The role focuses on implementing and managing EDMS, document control procedures, and training across large design/construction programs. You will oversee document workflows, QA compliance, and reporting to support project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of Document Control experience on design/construction projects.
• Experience implementing document management systems for large programs.
• Advanced MS Office skills including SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Influence project scope by aligning document control with project vision.
• Implement and manage EDMS for large projects from inception to closeout.
• Develop and administer Document Control Plans and Procedures.
• Train teams on Document Management Requirements and EDMS usage.
• Maintain and optimize document workflows and naming conventions.
• Process transmittals and ensure QA/compliance of electronic records.
• Produce progress reports and monitor document control performance.
