• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 7 years related experience; knowledge of medical devices and/or capital sales preferred.
• Experience working in a quality system-driven organization and environment; gov regulations noncompliance risk.
• Ability to influence team member activities and stakeholders.
• Strong solution selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues.
• Strong product and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-sales process to ensure successful implementation, customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Develop and execute local business strategies to grow revenue and market share.

• Lead long-term contract negotiations and support pricing and negotiations.
