Abbott is hiring a District Sales Manager for Core Lab Diagnostics to drive sales and profitability across the Southern California and Hawaii territory. You will lead Account Executives and Sales Ambassadors, negotiate contracts, and identify opportunities to grow revenue while coaching a high-performing team.

Expect 50–75% travel and leadership of local business strategies, with emphasis on customer partnerships and long-term contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 7 years related experience; knowledge of medical devices/capital sales preferred.
• Experience in a quality system-driven organization; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ability to influence team member activities and drive results.
• Strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
• Excellent product and industry knowledge; proven contract negotiation skills.

• Lead pre- and post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
