Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 7+ years related experience; knowledge of medical devices and/or capital sales preferred.
• Experience in a quality system-driven organization with awareness of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to influence team member activities and drive outcomes.
• Strong understanding of stakeholders and customer dynamics.
• Excellent product and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-sales process to ensure successful implementation, customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
• Develop and execute local business strategies to identify opportunities, grow revenue and expand market share.
• Build strategic customer and stakeholder partnerships aligned with business objectives.
• Lead long-term contract negotiations and support price, profitability and customer negotiations.
• Recruit, coach and develop talent while empowering the team to perform with accountability.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive and entrepreneurial environment that enables potential to be realized.
