Abbott is seeking a District Sales Manager for Core Lab Diagnostics in the United States West region (CA/OR/WA). This role leads Account Executives and Sales Ambassadors, negotiates contracts, and drives revenue growth across the district. Travel is approximately 50–75% with residence in Northern California, Oregon, or Washington.

The successful candidate will lead strategy, coach a high-performing team, and maintain strong customer partnerships while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of related sales experience; knowledge of medical devices/capital sales preferred.
• Experience in a quality system-driven organization and environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre- and post-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute local business strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Build strategic partnerships with customers and stakeholders aligned to objectives.
