Job summary

Abbott is seeking a District Sales Manager for Core Lab Diagnostics covering Northern California, Oregon and Washington. You will drive sales strategies, lead Account Executives and Sales Ambassadors, negotiate contracts, and identify market opportunities to reach revenue goals.

The role requires extensive field leadership, contract negotiation, and the ability to manage a multi-state district with up to 75% travel. Reside in or near Northern CA, OR or WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 7 years prior related experience overall; knowledge of medical devices and/or capital sales preferred.
• Experience in a quality system-driven organization; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ability to influence team member activities; strong stakeholder understanding.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; drive sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-sales process to ensure successful implementation, satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Develop and execute local business strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Build strategic partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead long-term contract negotiations, supporting pricing and negotiations.
