Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of sales professionals.
• Ability to drive field execution and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Set KPI targets with GSM and manage monthly performance reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop the DSM team to meet or exceed targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure in-store execution aligns with national/local programs.
• Spend time in the field training DSMs and ASM and evaluating performance.
