Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager in the New Jersey area to lead a team of Account Sales Managers. You will ensure in-store execution for a select group of essential customers, drive sales, monitor KPIs, and coach your team to achieve targets.

Ideal candidates have strong DSD leadership experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to manage physical inventory. Travel is expected (0-10%), permanent position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for key customers.
• Drive sales volume and track KPIs.
• Coach and develop the ASM team.
