Red Bull is looking for a District Sales Manager in the New York area to lead a team of Account Sales Managers, drive in-store execution, and achieve sales KPIs. You will develop and coach your team, manage route coverage, and partner with retailers to implement national and local programs.

The role requires 3+ years in DSD management, leadership of account sales professionals, and a valid US driver's license with a DOT Medical card.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for a defined set of customers.
• Establish and monitor KPI targets, provide feedback and performance reviews.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners to execute national/local programming.
• Coach selling skills and ensure effective execution through coaching sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and drive leadership excellence.
