Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Key account management experience at district, regional and national levels.
• Proven ability to motivate and build a successful sales team and partnerships.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• English language skills; additional languages are a plus.

• Lead, coach, and develop a capable team to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Manage operating processes and expenses to deliver profitability.
• Develop distribution plans, routes, and volume forecasts.
• Evaluate market conditions, threats, and local dynamics.

• Work with RBNA Sales and DP Teams on programs.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and SOPs.
