Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead Account Sales Managers in in-store execution for essential customers. You will drive sales, track KPIs, and coach your team while aligning with national and local programming.

The role requires 3+ years in DSD management, team supervision, and a valid US driver’s license with a DOT medical card. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set KPI targets for each Account Manager and oversee monthly indicators with coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners to implement national/local programming.
• Spend two full days on route rides to train and evaluate Account Manager performance and execution.
• Teach selling skills through role plays, retail math, and understanding buying personalities of decision makers.
• Conduct regular Account Manager meetings/workshops to improve expertise and reward results.
• Collaborate across the organization and share best practices; lead among peers.
