Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. in the United States seeks a District Sales Manager to lead a group of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track KPIs, and coach/develop your team.

This role requires hands-on leadership, regular route rides, and collaboration across the organization to ensure standards, training, and successful program execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish Sales/KPI targets for each assigned Account Manager and oversee monthly indicators; provide feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement national/local programming.
• Spend 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate Account Manager performance and shopping conditions.
• Teach Account Managers selling skills through the established selling process, including role plays and retail math.
• Conduct regular Account Manager meetings/workshops to improve operational expertise and recognize results.
• Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and lead within the peer group; ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
