Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for key customers. You will drive sales volume, track KPIs, and coach and develop your team to achieve targets.

The role requires 3+ years in DSD management, experience supervising a sales team, and a valid US driver’s license with a DOT medical card. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for essential customers.
• Drive sales volume, track KPIs, and coach/develop your team.
• Establish KPI targets and oversee monthly indicators with coaching and reviews.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners to implement programming.
• Spend 2 full days on route rides weekly to train and evaluate performance.
• Teach selling skills through role plays, retail math, and buyer personalities.
• Conduct ASM meetings/workshops to improve operational expertise and reward results.
• Collaborate across the organization and lead among peers.
• Build a diverse team reflecting the marketplace and uphold Red Bull values.
• Ensure the ASM team understands and follows standards and procedures.
