Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. in Champaign, IL is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for essential customers.

You will drive sales volume, monitor KPIs, and coach your team to deliver results. You will establish KPI targets, provide feedback and training, ride the route two days per week to coach field performance, and collaborate across the organization to uphold standards and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory/advertising displays.
• English language; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for assigned customers.
• Drive sales volume and monitor KPIs to coach and develop the team.
• Establish KPI targets and oversee monthly indicators including feedback and performance reviews.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement programming.
• Spend two full route days per week to train and evaluate ASM performance and execution.
• Teach selling skills through the established process and conduct role plays.
