Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior District Manager for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases to lead district strategy and execution across the Gulf Coast territory including Dallas, TX.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, drive immunology portfolio performance, and partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to deliver customer-focused outcomes while maintaining a strong compliance mindset and leveraging AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industries.
• Minimum 8 years in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles.
• Minimum 2 years of direct sales management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must live in or relocate to the geography.
• Experience coaching, developing talent, and leading through change.
• Comfort with using AI-enabled tools while ensuring privacy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive district performance in immunology and rare disease portfolios.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with strong hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
• Provide advanced coaching to strengthen selling capability and clinical execution.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
• Anticipate market dynamics to adjust strategy and remove barriers.
• Influence internal partners across Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.
• Reinforce accountability, inclusion, and team health while guiding through change.
• Adhere to Healthcare Compliance and responsibly use AI-enabled tools.
