Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior District Manager for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases to lead the Gulf Coast territory (Dallas, New Orleans, Birmingham, Pensacola, Little Rock, etc.). You will guide district strategy, coach a high-performing team, and drive demand in both outpatient and inpatient settings while ensuring compliance and patient-centric care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; advanced degrees preferred.
• A valid driver’s license in the United States.
• 8+ years in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• 2+ years direct sales management experience; capable of leading through change.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (overnight/weekends).
• Willing to relocate to the geography.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership across districts, regional programs, and enterprise partners.
• Experience coaching others to lead, anticipate change, and drive prioritization.
• Developing others: create development pathways and bench strength.
• Strategic thinking: translate data into compliant district plans.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities and execution.
• Drive district performance across immunology and rare disease portfolios.
• Lead and develop a high-performing district team through hiring, performance management, and development planning.
• Provide coaching to strengthen selling, clinical execution, and business acumen.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and cross-functional partners to improve execution.
• Anticipate market dynamics and adjust strategy to remove barriers and protect growth.
• Influence internal partners to align plans and improve outcomes.
• Maintain a culture of accountability, inclusion, and compliance while leveraging AI-enabled tools.
