Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior District Manager for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases to lead the Gulf Coast territory, including Dallas, New Orleans, Birmingham, Pensacola, Little Rock, Oklahoma City, Jackson, MS. You will drive district strategy, develop a high-performing team, and partner across Sales, Medical Affairs and Marketing to deliver patient-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• A valid driver’s license issued in one of the fifty United States.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles in the pharma/healthcare industry.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (overnight/weekend travel) and willingness to relocate to the geography.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, leading others, coaching, and developing others.
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making; familiarity with AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive district performance across immunology portfolio with customer-focused execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, performance management and development planning.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to strengthen selling effectiveness and clinical execution.
• Drive demand generation and care transition execution across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to improve outcomes.
• Anticipate market dynamics using data to adjust strategy and remove barriers.
• Influence internal partners across Sales, Medical Affairs and Marketing.
• Reinforce accountability, inclusion and team health while supporting change.
• Adhere to Healthcare Compliance and model responsible AI usage with privacy in mind.
