Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a dynamic Senior District Manager for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases to lead the Pacific Northwest district across multiple states. You will mentor the RDAEs, shape local strategic plans, and coordinate with Brand Marketing and Commercial Excellence to ensure alignment with overall strategy.

The role emphasizes patient-focused leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical, or biotech sales experience managing sales teams for FDA-approved products.
• Valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Residence within the assigned geography or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of RDAEs to achieve sales objectives for Immunology Autoantibody products within the Johnson & Johnson portfolio.
• Shape and implement local ecosystem strategic plans and account level strategies, while managing operations within assigned budgets.
• Collaborate extensively with internal partners and external stakeholders to inform brand strategy and drive business results.
• Engage with key influencers (KOLs, C-suite executives) to advocate for our product offerings.
