Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Senior District Manager, Immunology Autoantibody Diseases to cover Gulf Coast territory (Dallas, New Orleans, Birmingham, Pensacola, Little Rock, OKC, Jackson). You will lead a district, develop a high-performing team, and drive patient-centered immunology initiatives.

You will influence strategy with cross-functional partners, coach leaders, and ensure compliant execution while leveraging AI-enabled tools where available. Travel up to 50% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in one of the fifty United States.
• 8+ years of relevant professional sales/commercial experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• 2+ years of direct sales management experience, including leading through change and performance management.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Must live in the geography or be willing to relocate to it.
• Experience defining collaboration approaches and influencing outcomes beyond the district.
• Experience coaching others to lead effectively and develop successors.
• Experience creating development pathways and succession readiness.
• Experience translating strategy into clear execution expectations.
• Experience establishing data-driven decision making and using AI-enabled tools while maintaining privacy and policy alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive district performance across immunology and related portfolios with customer-focused execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, performance management, and development planning.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to strengthen selling effectiveness, clinical execution, and business acumen.
• Drive demand generation and care transition execution across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders; strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
• Anticipate market dynamics using data to adjust strategy and remove barriers.
• Influence internal partners to strengthen strategy and plans.
