This role focuses on leading district strategy, building a high-performing team, and driving immunology portfolio sales across outpatient and inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Eight years in sales or cross-functional commercial roles in pharma/biotech/medical devices/healthcare.
• Two+ years direct sales management, leading through change and performance management.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Must live in the Gulf Coast geography or relocate there.
• Experience collaborating across functions and influencing outcomes beyond the district.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive district performance in immunology and rare disease portfolios with customer-focused execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring excellence and development planning.
• Provide coaching to strengthen selling, clinical execution, and business acumen.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to improve outcomes and experiences.
